you mean lilly allen is going for the Zooey look. (look it up/trace it back; Zooey has been sporting & Modeling pretty dresses with pantyhose since she was a young teen (and has been in the entertainment business much longer). (though i love lillys’ look as well.)
love the pantyhose, very sexy; surely on her great legs. the dark hair, blue eyes, bangs, sexy legs- betty page anyone!?!
she simply looks pretty, sexy, modelesque. keep it up please.

I know nothing about fashion like this, but you’re right the shoes don’t go. Her dress looks like a broken leprechaun mirror. Interesting sure, but also doesn’t fit right, a little short and small?
